Our career
healthcheck is specifically designed to help you to assess where you are now,
consider your future career options and offer recommendations to help develop
your career strategy and approach to the job market. The programme involves
completion of an analytical test and a 2hr one to one session. A written report is
prepared and dispatched to you within 2 days. There are three areas covered in
the programme:
understanding where you are now
Our career
healthcheck begins with an initial evaluation of your current situation. This
will include reviewing your career, understanding the highs and lows, and an
assessment of the skills and drivers that have motivated your career
decisions. We also assess your work/life balance.
mapping where you want to be
In the next phase
of the healthcheck we help you to consider your career options and where you are
likely to flourish. This may include exploring, if appropriate, an interim role
or a portfolio career. This is coupled with an assessment of your cv.
making it happen
The last part of
the career helathcheck consists of recommending a course of action and how to
prepare yourself for your specific job market.
