In addition to the initial assessment  in the career healthcheck we offer the following detailed assessment programmes.  Results are presented through a one to one feedback session followed by a written report and a one to one feedback session.

This is a proven diagnostic tool that we use to provide a detailed needs and skills assessment.  It identifies competencies and transferable assets and highlights any skill gaps that need to be addressed and developed.  It produces a list of needs and values, which must be met in order to achieve job satisfaction.  It can be used as a framework and benchmark for evaluating future opportunities.

We also offer a wide range of psychometric assessments, delivered by qualified psychometric assessors, to measure sensitivity, memory, intelligence, aptitude and personality.  The type of assessment we propose will be dependent on the kind of information or analysis that is required.
