first 100 days coaching

This programme is specifically designed to help you succeed in your new role by supporting you during your first 3 months in post.  The programme consists of 4 or more interlinked one to one coaching sessions: one before joining, one after 30 days, one after 60 days and one after 90 days.

 

These coaching sessions will help you to focus on specific objectives that will ensure you make the right impression in your new role, such as, achieving “quick wins”, developing a longer term strategy and building a support network.

We offer one to one coaching with experienced career coaches who can provide coaching programmes ranging from a few sessions to programmes that stretch over 6 months or more.  Your coach will be able to act as a sounding board, challenge your ideas and offer fresh insight to help you achieve your objectives.
